Connecting to the Light Within You At times like these, it's easy to get caught up in everything around us. There is a lot of uncertainty, fear, and anxiety out there. The more we can go inward, the more peace and clarity we will experience to help us get through these challenging times. Remember to breathe. It keeps you calm and in the present moment.... Also, the more we can connect to the love and light within us, the more peaceful we will be. If there are places in your body that are tight, heavy or uncomfortable, sit with them. Let them be there and eventually they will calm down and uplift. If what you're feeling is more emotional, put your awareness on these emotions and let yourself feel them. Don't push them away. We all have a place within us of peace, calm and light. Try to connect to that place everyday. It will help you access your inner guidance and wisdom and keep you calm. If you aren't able to feel it at first, just sit with it and, as you let the tightness in your body uplift, you will be able to be aware of this place that we all have inside us.
