The passage of Prop 22 was the result of billionaire spending and is a major setback for the rights of workers. The token benefits included in the prop were meant to disguise its true intent. To protect the profits of Uber and Lyft. To say that we are disappointed is a massive understatement.

Uhm...the Mayor of San Jose just called for reversing the progress that has been made over two years to ensure that ride share EMPLOYEES get the benefits and protections entitled to them under the law. No on Proposition 22. Uber and Lyft are attempting to negotiate with the people of California by holding their services hostage. Hey, let's use this opportunity to invest in and create a more robust public transit system.
