October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Survivors of domestic violence often find themselves homeless after leaving their abusive relationships. In fact, domestic violence is a leading cause of homelessness among women and children. Survivors of domestic violence come to Hope Partners for our housing programs. We help them secure and maintain safe housing while also receiving counseling services, financial management services, and many other services.
