The Coronavirus: Seniors Need to Take Precautions It is important to be informed and aware of how to best protect yourself and loved ones from getting sick now more than ever. The common sense tips for staying healthy are the same as they always have been: 1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least ... 20 seconds; 2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands; 3. Use a tissue when sneezing or coughing and then throw the tissue away; and 4.Stay at home if you are sick. REMEMBER: It is never too late to get a flu shot!
