We just love to see the transformation kicking in. He's already feeling so much so much more relaxed as you can see and making himself at home. Tonight he will sleep good knowing he's safe.

When you see an old and really scared dog that has been surrendered by his owner to the shelter, you just can't help that feeling of strong tugging on your heartstrings. What to do, what to do? It's no secret that ITCOW is a sucker for seniors and the less fortunate, soooooooo, ...THIS happened today!!! What day is it???? It' FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAY!!!! Yup, it's true! The weekend is upon us again! It's going to be wonderful weather and we are planning on taking full advantage of it putting new shade cloth ( we already have it) on the bear enclosure as well as some corrugated sheet metal over their lounging area and den box. We'll be back at whacking the weeds that have grown again as well. Shortly we'll be headed off to tractor supply to buy some mini hog rings for another en...closure we are working on as well.
