Many, many moons later, I return. My sincerest apologies for taking what seems like eons since my last post. As always, I have so much to say, but don't quite know where to begin...so baby steps.. Food for thought..when an employee or employer tells you that you "can't afford to loose" them, it's time to let them loose. Work every second as if you are on a working interview, because in life, EVERYONE is replaceable.

Oral health is very important. Do not delay, do not ignore. Listen to your body, because it's all connected from head to toe..literally.

I got asked by several people of late how I handle "difficult" patients. In all honesty, there is no rule of thumb on handling what I call "challenged" patients. Every situation is different and difficulties are triggered by different things. I do, however, always check, first and foremost, if my attitude or energy triggered their dissatisfaction. I do more listening than talking when I encounter such patients, because most of the time their own words and delivery of their messages point the fault at themselves. In other words, most of the time I don't even have to say a thing. We am very blessed that majority of our patients are extremely nice and fun, so it's been a non issue matter.
