Don't miss our Chapter Meeting tonight at 6:30 FINDING YOUR INNER RESOURCES: A SYSTEMIC COACHING TOOL Facilitated by Alyson Garrido, PCC and Kathy Tracey, MCC ... In these challenging times, it is sometimes hard for us to find our own internal resources. If we are feeling stressed or anxious, while pretending to be fine (because we are coaches), then it’s no surprise we are unlikely to be able to serve our clients well. Lots of our clients are struggling here too. Your internal resources are the knowledge and skills that you gather from experience and then activate to allow you to regulate your emotional state, take good care of yourself, and grow in self awareness, optimism and confidence. Kathy Tracey MCC, and Alyson Garrido, PCC, will share their understanding and practice of finding resources, using an exercise that you can then use with your clients. This is suitable for a range of coaches including life coaches, executive coaches and career coaches. This coaching intervention is easy to use when coaching by phone or video link. https://www.icfsacramento.org/content.aspx
