Attention all past HOW and HOP recipients! We have opened up our application process for the Annual Helping One Woman Scholarship. All past recipients and their immediate family members are eligible to apply for the $1,000 scholarship. Eligible applicants need to be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited institution of higher learning (junior college, university or trade school).
