Hey HYA FAMILY! We are working hard to make our yoga room even better while we are closed due to corona virus. We are doing some construction and want you to know that you can catch some live Yoga classes with us via Instagram live. Please sign onto Instagram and search: yogagloww and add me and you can be alerted when have our live classes. We will have a live silent class tomorrow, Thursday March 19th at 8 am with Rachel and 4:30 pm with Rachel and Erin as well as Frida...y, March 20TH at 8:00 am. Please stay strong and do not live in fear. This is a temporary obstacle and if we stick together, we will be fine. We are planning to reopen in another week or so, by or before the end of the month. Please stay calm, wash your hands, take extra good care of yourselves and join us for live hot yoga! Crank up your heater, grab your mat, water and phone and join us! We love and miss you all and appreciate your support. Our Yoga family is seriously so amazing and this is when it counts the most. Our 60 day challenge ends next week! We have several students who have done 60+ days as well as teacher Erin. We also have several students who decided to do our on the path challenge, practicing 4 or more classes a week. We are so proud of everyone for committing to their best self and are very excited for the transformation each and everyone is experieincing.
