Huge congratulations to Jim Wangemann as our client of the month! Jim has been making fantastic progress the entire last year, but has seen great results in the last 4 months, specifically. He has lost weight, is improving during workouts, and has been increasing his hiking! His trainer Parris shares, "I'm so proud of the changes and progress he has made and love that he comes in everyday willing to tackle whatever is thrown at him!" Keep up the hard work Jim!
Form is important to avoid injury and to maximize benefits of exercise. This is why, we at HDF make it a priority to keep our classes small and led by certified personal trainers to ensure your safety and get you results! To achieve a proper squat, stand with feet slightly wider than your hips, toes facing front. Drive your hips back - bending at the knees and ankles while keeping your heels and toes on the ground, chest up and shoulders back. Strive to eventually reach parallel, meaning knees are bent to a 90-degree angle. Press into your heels and straighten legs to return to a standing upright position. #trainertip #form
Rotator cuff trainer tip! Your rotator cuff is prone to injury -- Personal Trainer Brandon offers his favorite strengthening exercises to prevent said injuries! Incorporate them into your next workout
