Thank you for joining us in our online virtual classes! We have made a couple of adjustments to the schedule to be able to give more one-on-one instruction and ...work more closely on our student's form (poomsae) and self defense techniques (hoshinsul). Continue to join us in our virtual classes! We have had a great time working out and seeing our students. It brightens our days and keeps us hopeful that we will get through this together! We would like to mention that students may also attend any class (your belt rank and lower) to review lower belt requirements. We highly recommend our Dan Bo belts to review to the upcoming testing in May. Make sure to wear dobok or Hi 5 shirt and belt. See you in class later today!!

Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 virus advisory notices and the concerns of many parents at Hi 5, we have decided to close the dojang for one week. We will be closed Monday 3/16 - Saturday 3/21. Our Hi 5 family's health and safety have always been our number one concern and top priority. After careful consideration, we have canceled classes for this week and we will plan to reopen on Monday 3/23. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything during this time.

If you are experiencing any respiratory or any flu-like symptoms, please give us a call and do not attend class. Also, if you have traveled to areas with high exposure of the COVID-19 virus, please refrain from coming to classes until cleared of any flu-like symptoms.
