Yesterday, I shared some images from my time in Nepal. There was some concern expressed over the working conditions that the Nepali people go through. I wanted ...to share this video along with a little bit of insight into their lives. Through doTERRA's C-Impact Sourcing we have the unique opportunity to create jobs and improve incomes where they are much needed. One of the things that I learned while in Nepal is that everyone is very industrious. Many families work together and feel very rewarded in their work. It is not uncommon to see the very young and the very old working to harvest their crops or contribute in other ways to support their families. Without a full understanding of the Nepali culture it is oftentimes easy to be critical and assume that our own emotions for their circumstances must reflect theirs as well. As I had a chance to visit with many Individuals in a variety of work environments including the harvesting of Wintergreen essential oil I learned that my concerns for them were appreciated but largely unfounded. They expressed love and sincere appreciation for their work. I heard this sentiment expressed by craftsman in the village, farmers, and all of those working with us directly. I am so grateful that we are expanding opportunity and creating stability for this beautiful people. Words cannot express how much I admire their great example to me.

When I go see clients they are very nice and always very thankful that I can go see them to help them get rid of the pain in their muscles. Then there are times that they text me to see if I'm available and unfortunately sometimes I have to say I'm completely booked. It's a compliment when they work around my already scheduled clients instead of opting to see another therapist ... Thank you so much for your great support and loving the work I do
