I can't wait to be able to Massage again. I miss it so much!

We all experience these emotions and at times get stuck. I have seen so much change in myself as well as others when they start recieving Reiki or meditating. With current times it is so important to let go daily of anything toxic or anything keeping you stuck. How do you ground yourself? How do you clear your energy?

Your intuition will guide you to exactly where you need to be, if you trust it. Have faith and trust and let go of the unknown. What's ment to be will happen one way or another. Trust the path and process. Sometimes its what you learn on your journey that shapes the outcome of your success.

It's times like this that test our Faith! It's something than we can so easily loose yet so quickly get back even stronger than it was previously. Finding your inner peace and strength brings courage and faith. Accepting what is and finding the beauty from it will only make you happier and more appreciative of what you have instead of what you don't have. If anyone is scared or obsessing about the current situations we are all dealing with I encourage you to take your shoes off and go for a walk outside! Smell the flowers, pick up the dirt and play with your kids. Play some music! Find something outside that makes you smile. I will be practicing some Reiki Massage on my family out on our property enjoying the sounds of nature. Happiness is love and love is Faith.
