This week we focused on the little things that make the biggest difference. We installed the UFO from @litmuscoffeelabs and re-aligned our Ek burrs. (God we hate doing this) But our batch coffee is firing right now. Can’t say enough good stuff about the UFO heads and making sure you have properly aligned burrs is key @ Hawthorn Coffee

We love our neighbors @littledameshop @katieartworkssss So blessed to serve such a badass neighborhood!!
