SEVEN SISTERS - New England Double IPA Seven Sisters is an open star cluster in the constellation Taurus. We combined four of our favorite hops; Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Bru-1 in this juice bomb. All these hops were added post boil and in two massive dry hop additions. The result is tons of fruit ...aroma and flavor with very little bitterness, and added a Norwegian Kveik Yeast that compliments the hops. 7.5% ABV 23 IBU BUTTERFLY WINGS - New England Double IPA Butterfly Wings is a planetary nebula in the constellation Ophiuchus. Copious late addition hops and a generous double dry hopping result in an aromatic and flavorful beer. A complementary yeast strain was selected to highlight the tropical fruit notes from the hops. This juice bomb oozes pineapple, mango, and stone fruit with very low bitterness. Drink fresh! 7.8% ABV 28 IBU HUNGRY DOG - West Coast IPA This is named after our head brewer's beagle who lived his life to the fullest. He loved food and would do almost anything to get it. His namesake beer is one of the original Hapa's homebrew recipes. This classic West Coast IPA utilizes Citra, Mosaic, and Cascade hops to pack a citrus punch counterbalanced by a light malty sweetness. 6.2% ABV 31 IBU PESKY PENGUIN - Berry Cobbler Kettle Sour Meet the Pesky Penguin. What he lacks in social awareness he makes up for in flavor. We let some friendly microbes chill in our kettle for a couple days to produce a clean and tart foundation. Then we added over 400 pounds of raspberry, blackberry, and boysenberry puree to put out the vibe. An addition of milk sugar triple stamps this beer with subtle sweetness and body. Deep crimson in color, this beer tastes like a berry cobbler. 5.1% ABV 4 IBU

Bummer news yesterday. The Health Department of Santa Clara County came out and told us we do not fit the mold of a food facility during the most recent phase even though we provided full meals through our awesome food trucks on premise, checked all the boxes when it came to social distance protocol and provided a safe and awesome experience. Other counties interpret the state ruling different than Santa Clara County and we will continue to reach out to our public officials... to have those healthy conversations. We know these are unprecedented times and the health and safety of our community is number 1. While our patio will temporarily be closed, we will continue to do curbside pick ups (hours in bio). We could not be more proud of our staff that has been truly amazing to fully comply with getting us back open and will be ready when the county allows breweries to serve the most loyal customers I have ever seen. Thank you all for the continued support and patience during this time.

WE’RE BACK!!! Well, our outdoor patio is open to the public starting Friday at 3pm! Going back to ‘normal’ open hours! YAHOOOOOO!!! There are new guidelines by the county, state, CDC, and us that our staff and customers will have to abide by and here they are: - You (and your pod) will have to be at a table/barrel while you are drinking beer. No more than 6 people at a table.... - You will have to purchase food with your transaction. Don’t worry, we’ve made this as simple as possible to streamline this with our awesome food trucks. - For right now, NO KIDS. This is to help maintain social distancing and respect for others at the brewery. - Well behaved dogs ON LEASH are fine. - Credit cards only. NO CASH. The protocols we have put in make it safer and cleaner for us to work and be open. - You HAVE to wear a mask until you get to your table. We will still be doing crowler and 4-packs for pick up through online purchasing but if you want to come in with your pod, these are the rules and subject to change. Please be kind to one another, our awesome staff, and enjoy a few beers on our patio! Let’s GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
