Instructions for accessing Spanish language interpretation (translation) features on Zoom 1. Log on to the zoom meeting by clicking on the link sent to you. 2. ...Once you are in the meeting, look at the bottom of the zoom window. You will see several buttons at the bottom, but toward the middle-right, you will see a button that says Interpretation 3. Click on the Interpretation button and select the language you would like the meeting translated into. 4. Whenever the interpreter is speaking, you will now hear the selected language at 80% volume, and the original language at 20% volume. 5. If you would like to make a public comment, you can raise your hand using the raise hand feature and make your comment in the language you would like. General Rules: Safety protocols will be adhered to in maintaining social distancing and wearing mandatory mask/facial covering.
