A healthy gut allows our body to absorb the necessary nutrients to fuel our brain and body. Without fuel... Or having a leaky tank leaves us feeling depleted. This may also effect our sleep. Here are some great ways to heal and protect your gut.

Rock Star Performances are coming up!!!! Year Round!!!! Sign up for our Day Camp Protocol Classes now! Performances building Self-Esteem, Connections and Confidence even in this crazy time! Hello Rock Stars!... Have you ever heard of a "Flash Mob?" For those of you that have not... It is where a group of people "randomly" meet out in public and start dancing and performing a rehearsed routine to a certain song. Rock Star is doing this!!! We are hoping to spread cheer, hope, love and joy to our kids, staff, families and communities life while also creating lasting memories, self-esteem, friendships and confidence even during these uncertain times for all of us. Exercise and Community are so important to both our mental and physical health! The way this will work is... Each designated age group or level will learn a routine to a certain song through a variety of different ways: 1.) IN-GYM Classes 2.) Via Computer Zoom Live Session with their group 3.) Via YouTube Videos of their Routines being performed 4.) IN-GYM rehearsal with their group at a variety of different times. (We will work around your schedules.) How do you sign up? Well... There is a "Flash Mob" Performance Class! Once you sign up (even if the zoom time doesn't work for you) we will contact you to coordinate a time that works to meet with the same age group or level. We just need to know how many would love to see their kids perform outdoors with great music and good feels!
