Now enrolling for our first annual Kids Holiday Yoga Playshop! Saturday, December 20th 1-5 pm... @ Bright Yoga Studio, Ramona Bright yoga presents the 1st annual Kids Yoga Holiday Playshop! Kids age 5-12 are invited to join us for four hours of yoga, art, nutrition education, games, and fun! A perfect opportunity for parents to get some last minute shopping (or relaxing) in! Led by kids yoga specialists Joanna O'Neal and Joy Bennett, this playshop will explore age appropriate yoga poses and meditation exercises, and students will create a mindful artistic masterpiece! Kids & Family HALLOWEEN yoga class on Monday 10/27 from 6:30-7:30 pm! Kids yoga students invite their families to practice with us on the last Monday of each month, and we have a very special and fun class planned for this Monday! If you are not a regular student but would like to join us, we still have room for a few more! $16 per family to drop in!
