Afarinesh recreational center is located in suburb of Mashhad, Iran. City of Mashhad is in North East of Iran. The facility is roughly 100,000 square meters with 4000 square meters of enclosed buildings. It also has 8000 square meters of parking structure. It consists of 4 different halls that accommodates more than 2000 guests for parties and conventions.It is designed based on modern architectural foundation by incorporating 4 elements of nature: Water, Wind, Earth and Fire. Every hall is designed based on specific elements of nature with unique architectural details. The outdoor facility is surrounded by infinity pools with colorful light reflections to compliment the architectural elements.Afarinesh complex has been nominated for Middle East Architect Award for 2015.
