Currently seeking a bilingual front office staff member for our rapidly growing office. Ideal canidate should have an amazing personality, very friendly, well spoken, work well with others,and can also speak spanish. Candidate should also have the ability to answer incoming phones, check patients in and out, collect payments, have some computer skills (pretty basic ones overall), and social media or marketing abilities. Bonus if the candidate is HIPPA trained, has healthcare background of some sort, is a radiologic tech (is legally able to take x-rays), experience dealing with insurances. Candidate will also be working approximately 8-20hours/week. With being done with work by 12:00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. As well as 2 hour lunch break on the other days M-F office hours (pending days of work)
