The Golden State New Years Challenge was taken up by many students and instructors this year. All these people finished 2021 of the technique(s) of there choice. Virtual classes won’t be running Thursday and Friday but that doesn’t mean you can’t work out. Train forms with family at home, show grandparents your kicks over video, or call an aunt/uncle to challenge to a push up contest. We hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving safely catching up with family and enjoying good food.

Golden State’s first ever Virtual Tournament. Next Saturday the 7th of November at 11 am PDT on the Golden State Tae Kwon Do Zoom channel. Please check the email and website for details.

We will be ReOpening a few in-person classes a week. We will be on Zoom also to allow everyone to train any way they feel comfortable with.

Since schools and the government is recommending social distancing, Golden state suspending our tournament team training until further notice. We hope everyone will keep practicing at home so when we can start up again, we are ready to go!
