A beautiful solution to come from the pandemic. Our weekly Status Update meeting has been attended via Zoom for quite awhile now. This is our Estimator Scott Talcott attending the meeting while wrangling his 2 sons. Scott is a 2nd generation DH Construction employee, maybe raising a 3rd generation to become employee-owners by working at DH? We sure hope so!

Originally from Ireland, Alan settled in our Sacramento area after stops in Chicago and San Fran. He loves the mountains and can be found camping & hiking there with his family, including both his daughters. He enjoys working at our projects in the Reno & Lake Tahoe areas. His son Scott is also with DH, as an Estimator. Ron loves the Dallas Cowboys, the Sacramento Kings, and the NY Yankees; traveling to Mendocino; wine tasting; cruises with his wife; and Tequila Sunrises. It says a lot about a craftsman who thinks enough about his company that he wants his son to work there too.
