Some people cry over FaceTime to be next to their loved ones during their last moments. Unfortunately, a lot of times there is no time to say goodbyeSometimes I wish I could walk you through the hallways of the hospital to show you the hoax. Currently, hospitals are understaffed, out of ratio, morgues are full, now using refrigerated trucks to store the bodies, rapid responses & code blues all day every day, short on ventilators and oxygen, no rooms to admit, ICU units are full, ED sees patient’s under tents When you send that lab results to confirm with the rest of the diagnosis of exclusion; when you hear that unforgettable lung sound, when you see that hideous chest x-ray and CT scan results, you really get overwhelmed. Anyways, if I happened to be the care provider of your family member, I promise to take care of them as I would take care of mine own On a positive note, I am safe and well, been exercising, taking vitamins, and getting tested often. Let’s talk about glycolic acid (GA), a type of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). I try to use glycolic acid based compounds at least 3 times a week in my skin care routine. Products that contain glycolic acid gently exfoliate the skin, boost the cell turnover by mimicking the rate of the youthful looking skin. My skin definitely feels lighter and brighter in addition to the rest of my skin care routine. ... Why primarily Glycolic Acid amongst other alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA)? It is studied to have a greater absorption profile compared to all of the AHA due to its smallest molecular weight and hydrophilic ability. GA is an organic carbon-containing molecule which is naturally found in sugar cane and fruits. It is helpful against acne, melasma, skin/photoaging, and scars. In addition, it reduces discoloration, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and seborrhea. For immediate and effective results, glycolic acid peel will be a better option.
