Global wisdom knows no boundaries. Across the nations, FCL students this month integrated the habit-of-heart awareness with academic learning to reduce health disparities. Others taught appreciation of diversity to promote tribal unity in tense times. Locally relevant ideas sparked among Zambian, Nigerian and Gambian classes benefited broader communities and inspired wisdom exchange partners, as learners exercised the strength of their convictions.

Building A World Without Hunger What’s your favorite winter treat to eat? Even in 2020, when we must spend the holidays at a distance from loved ones, we tend to celebrate with food. Still, for many communities around the world, hunger prevails. Full-Circle Learners are working to change that reality. Early this month, children at Grace Academy demonstrated the habit-of-heart of empathy when they gifted oil and rice to ten widows in their community, protecting these women fr...om the specter of hunger. Grace is one of six new school projects across Ghana, Liberia and the Gambia where learners apply their skills to reach out to the hungry. You can join in this generosity.
