The Morro Bay Harbor Patrol and 2 US Coast Guard boats stationed in Morro Bay were involved in some rescues that day around the dangerous harbor entrance. Meet the Morro Bay Harbor Department Team! Before Roger Allen started working for the Morro Bay Harbor Department, he spent 36 years with Southern California Edison Company. He's put in many wonderful years working in Morro Bay and is now a rockstar volunteer. Roger really enjoys working on the Embarcadero and boardwalk because he gets to meet so many wonderful and interesting people.
