Friendship House Youth Program

My name is Stepheny Garcia and I am the Youth Program Coordinator for Friendship House Youth Program. I was born and raised here in San Francisco, I am the oldest out of 3 boys and 1 girl, there are five of us in total. I am currently enrolled at City College of San Francisco, hoping to attend either UC Berkley or UC Davis soon. I am majoring in Biology looking forward to becoming a pediatric Surgeon. During my free time, I like to relax and enjoy a nice movie with my family ...and/ or friends. I like going on hikes, going to the beach, hanging out with my friends or family. I have been working with the Friendship House Youth program for almost 3 years’ now and love this community, you guys have welcomed me with open arms. My intention for this program is to make it feel like a second home for the youth where they feel safe and were the families and youth can trust us in anything that they need.
