I have brought a multitude of projects to Franco's Upholstery and they always provide the best service and most pristine craftsmanship. I have had them take care of some regular fixes- a leather purse and a vintage sofa chair that needed mending. But I have also had them construct two giant outdoor banners for Searsucker Restaurant in San Diego as well as two awesome custom made covers for my boss' vintage video cameras. They can do it all! 4/6/2012 Peggy F. Carlsbad Ca. I am absolutely thrilled with my three new reupholstered pieces Raul did for me...a large sofa ottoman and two side chairs. The work was exquisitely done and finished in the time frame promised, plus Raul picked up and delivered...a great convenience for me. Franco's is definitely a five-star establishment, and I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Great job!

8/7/2012 I recently purchased a hall bench online. I loved the framework, but hated the color and pattern on the seat cushion. I searched online for a place near where I live because I thought it would just be more convenient. I found Franco's Upholstery's web site and read all about their business. I loved the part where they wrote "We believe what sets us apart is our singular commitment to honesty and great customer service." That told me that these people wanted my busine...ss and would do a great job to get me and keep me as a regular customer. My hunch was right! Raul, the owner, greeted me when I walked in. He's very friendly and helpful. I was a little overwhelmed by what looked like hundreds of books of fabric samples. I knew what color I wanted, but had no idea what type of fabric would be best. Raul asked me a few questions about where the bench sat, who used it and how much use did it get. He recommended a microfiber fabric because of its durability. He pulled out 3 books and left me alone to browse the samples. I narrowed it down to two, but was still unsure. I asked him if I could take the sample books home with me and promised I'd be right back. He didn't even hesitate....told me to take them home and see what I thought. I was glad for 2 things then. First, that I chose a place close to my home. And second, that I took the samples home because it turned out neither choice worked. Seeing it in the light where it would go made a huge difference. I chose a completely different fabric. Raul said it would take a week to 10 days for the fabric I ordered to come in. It only took a week and he called me right away to let me know. I brought in the seat cushion and he said it would be finished in 2-3 days. It took only 2 days. I just picked it up and I'm very happy with it. The fabric and color were perfect and the work was beautiful. Now that the seat cushion is back on the bench, it looks like a million bucks! Luckily I didn't have to spend that much on it. Raul's prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Franco's Upholstery to anyone needing something reupholstered. I will definitely go back myself the next time I need quality work done on my furniture.

I had Raul, the owner, refinish my dinning table and 4 chairs Member Comments: Raul was very responsive to my call , he arrived at my home on a Sat morning to accomodat my schedule, he spent almost an hour going over the furniture and explaining to me what could be done and not done, he attempted to work within my budget. He was very pleasant and professional and knowledgable about the furniture. It did take him longer to complete the work than he hoped for and I did have to call him to find out how it was going. He was always apologetic and friendly and informed me the finish on the wood was different than he had hoped for so it required more labor. But I am very happy with the results and will use him again to reupholster my couch this year. Susan stewart
