Hey Team! After a sweaty kickboxing class or a tough training session I always tell my clients to fuel their body with protein. Protein helps boost metabolism because a lot of energy is spent digesting and metabolizing it. It also helps you build muscle, which burns more calories than fat. ... Most of us can easily get enough protein without using shakes but I’m all about quick and convenient ways to get my protein in and a shake does that for me. Wether you use a whey protein powder or a plant based protein powder it doesn’t really make a difference. I always look for brands with the most natural ingredients. Quick and Easy Protein shake -8oz Unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk 1-1 to 2 scoops of protein powder depending on the brand you are using. 1 cup of ice Optional 1 TBSP Almond Butter or 1TBSP Chia/ Flax Seeds Blend and enjoy! Foxy and Fierce 2021 Virtual Vision Board Party was so much fun this past weekend! 1. First decided if you would like to create a Virtual Vision Board or a Digital Vision Board. VirtualVision Boards can easilybe made using Pinterest or Canva.com. This board was made in just 10 min in Canva! Screenshot your images and place in the template. So easy! Physical Vision Boards you will need some materials.... 3. Materials Needed 1. Poster Board Any size that you feel comfortable displaying in place you can see daily. 2. Scissors 3. Glue 4. Magazines 5. Glitter and or craftinggood to embellishyour board ( optional) 6. Sharpie Marker or Pen 4. Use the back or your poster board to start your goal setting. 5. Goal Setting 1. Fantasy Goals If you Achieved Everything you have ever desired: What does it Look Like? What Does it Feel Like? Where are you? Who is with you? 6. Goal Setting 2. Long Term Goals: Your 1 Year Plan What needs to happen to achieve your Fantasy Goals? What needs to happen this year? 7. Goal Setting 3. Short Term Goals: Your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Plan What needs to happen every single day to make long term goals possible? 8. How To Make Your Vision Board 1. Start by creating a list of areas in your life that are most important to you. For example: Travel, Family, Health, Friends, Business, Fun These will be the categories you will use to arrange your vision board 9. How To Make Your Vision Board Begin to Rummage through magazines and don't limit yourself to just the magazines your most likely to read. Rip out images that bring you joy when you look at them. It doesn't matter if it is in line with your goal. 10. How To Make Your Vision Board One you are satisfiedwith the amount of images, words, and phases, trim/ cut and begin to arrange them on your board. You can collage or divide your board into areas based on the list you made in the first steps. 11. Sharing your board with others is optional but is recommended. Put your board in a place for you to look at daily. 12. Post Vision Board Workshop Homework *Who can help you reach your goals? Seek them out *Actively look for related opportunities. *no Negativity

Check out my apprentice Kai’s first vision board he made last year at our Vision Board Party event. He wanted images on the board that he thought looked cool. He didn’t exactly know why at the time but when he got up to share his board this is what he said. He wanted braids like Kendrick Lamar, and to play football like Collin Kaepernick, he wanted six pack abs and to rock climb. I was really impressed! It’s pretty cool that you can set goals and have dreams at such a young a...ge but as we get older we tend put those dreams on hold. . . Being able to actually see representations of your dreams increases your faith and belief in yourself and assists in attracting the people, places and things that will help your vision manifest!
