Hey ya'all!!! It's Lauren coming to ya with some new class schedules....I have had a few ladies ask me If i could do an evening class, and I do believe it's about time,...SO starting next Tuesday & Thursday at 6 pm, I'll be doing a cardio/HIIT/circuit hour... I know it sounds scary, but tis the season to stick with that new years resolution we always seem to make..You'll not only shed pounds, but I'll make sure your toned for this upcoming beach season,. and I promise I'll make it funIf you have any questions, feel free to pm me!!

Both classes; 4 rounds kickboxing then 4 rounds grappling after a 20 minute warmup. Everyone is starting to become KILLERS!
