Laundry remodeling

Our client reached out to us to relocate the laundry from the first floor to the second floor. She wanted to have it close to the kids bedrooms. This was much more difficult than anticipated. The space was limited, floor joist ran perpendicular to drain lines, a beam separated half of the laundry forcing us to separate washer on one side and dryer on the opposite side. Laundry cabinets had to be custom made to accommodate vaulted ceilings. The sink had to be custom as well gi...ven the limited space and close proximity to washer & dryer. The list goes on and on. Nonetheless, after carefully tackling all these challenges we think it came out really nice. Check out our highlights to see the process.
