Studio Reopening I’m so excited to be back at the studio and see all of your lovely faces! Starting next week Monday October 12th the studio will be back open for classes Monday-Friday. I will be returning from Maternity leave and want to thank everyone for their patience and support during this time. It was so wonderful to get the time to bond and rest. I will be forever grateful for it! But excited and ready to start off the fall fresh. As a lot of us are navigating new s...chedules due to the pandemic, I am open to your feedback on possible new class times and or private session times that may work better for you. I understand now more than ever finding the smallest amount of time for self care is so needed. It helps refuel your tank in order to better serve others. I hope that Flow Studios can be that time to refuel and recharge yourself. We are still following safety protocols and practicing social distancing at the studio. Slide splitting into 31 weeks. I love how Pilates can be done at any stage of pregnancy. It feels so great to be back at the studio!

Re-opening! We are so excited to announce that we will be opening the studio again. Starting with a limited class schedule this week. The studio might look a little different as the reformers are all spaced at least 6ft apart and staggered, amongst many other new safety measures in place. Thank you for all your support!

Hello everyone! An update on what’s happening at Flow Studios during this time. We are now in week two of being temporarily closed. I’m closely monitoring what is happening with the shelter in place policy and Covid-19. I’m also considering during this time, offering some online Pilates classes and private sessions. If this is something you would be interested please reach out to me. It’s not just Pilates I miss but the community, special time, and conversations we have tog...ether.
