We are having FLOW class this morning at 8:30am - hwy 41 is clear - drive safe and come have a great work out!!

I know it's cold outside - get your CORE burning by coming to the gym! FLOW 8:30am, Senior Fit 10am, FLOW 4:30pm, FLOW 6pm

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving ...we had an awesome turnout for the Turkey Burner on Thursday....really fun...thanks to Jules for also giving everyone a taste of pilates/yoga stretch at the end! NOW BACK TO REALITY and get back to your fitness routine! Cardio Circuit 8:30am today, Yoga 9:30am and ZUMBA 6pm
