When I graduated from Warren High School, I went straight into banking, however I look back and think, ‘Wow - who would have thought I would come full circle and work for a credit union that is a big part of where I grew up!’ As a real estate loan consultant working with multi...ple FPCU branches, she takes pride in the relationships she’s built with members. I’ve had members come back to find me years later to help with refinancing their homes or just to say hello, because we all are trained to really look at each members’ situation individually to come up with the right solutions. Employee Spotlight Thursday: Tony Cristani, Downey HQ As the manager of FPCU’s Downey branch, located in the company’s headquarters, Tony Cristani is extremely involved with both the families and businesses in their city. Personally, I’m on the board for Gangs Out of Downey, which is a community non-profit. As a company, we have our hands on the pulse of the community in every facet. While he misses the many events they participated in prior to COVID-19 and he looks forward... to returning to them very soon, I’m happy we have been able to continue some traditions like the Economic Forum and Rocket Fever virtually.
