We are open! The gym you train at is a private training facility where you are supervised by a trainer at all times. We have no intention of shutting down unless forced to do so. The gym is sanitized and cleaned several times per day. Those with a temperature or symptoms of Covid are not permitted to train. You are more than welcome to wear a mask if you prefer. The show must go on!

Due to it being Thanksgiving week and the circstances we are all going through, I think it best to cancel classes this week as it was a short week anyway. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns. Be safe and enjoy you're Holiday!
