Reminder! This week the kiddos can wear their costumes to practice. It’s fun to see everyone dress up.

Sign up! We still have room for our PRACTICE GYM. Heathy kids are happy kids

Get your kids moving and help prevent distance learning from making our kids unhealthy! We have had A LOT of interest about our Saturday Open Gym that we used to have. We are currently calling it Practice Gym because of COVID-19 rules. The kids will be divided up into 4 groups with a max of 32 students. The kids will rotate in groups to fun and large areas of the gym where they can have the freedom to work on their choice of skills or just play. Their group will remain the same for the day and social distancing rules will still need to be followed. Sign up (and pay) immediately to hold your spot. We are expecting a good turnout. 916-393-3993

It's Halloween all month long at EGA! We are trying to keep the Halloween spirit by inviting all of our kiddos to wear their Halloween costumes during class the week of October 26-31st! Any Halloween spirit clothing leading up to this special week is also encouraged. You might even see our coaches having a little fun dressing up .

The energy and smiles in the gym every Wednesday evening are priceless! It has been so fun to watch these adults explore new ways of exercise and fun. Come on in and see for yourself! EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING 7:30pm-8:30pm

Did you know that our Ninja's level up through our Mission Ceremonies? If your Ninja is ready, they will receive a special invitation to participate in our Mission Ceremony. Good luck to all of our Ninja's that are "Leveling Up" today. Their hard work is paying off.
