Alex (Chung) Vs Asher (Hong) Good 3 round match last Thursday!... Should have been tie at end of 2nd round. Judges missed the 5 point spinning head kick for Chung... Nice work!!

Saturday mitt work

5 year Anniversary of opening the gym at Evergreen Plaza. Its been a great 5 years since Steve Sanders, Shane Brough & I set this facility up, two of the best guys I know. It has been a blessing to watch so many kids & students come through the doors over these years. We've watched so many grow to over come fears, build confidence, learn discipline and so much more. ... The outpouring of support from the parents and students has kept us going during the hard times the whole world has faced as of recent, it has been moving & humbling. We are so thankful for every one of the families involved, now, and in the past, with this program. We can't thank everyone enough and hope for many more years of opportunity to watch each student reach their goals in martial art, as well as in life.

Pull-up challenge at the end of teen class... had to show the young guys the old man can still do it.. Very impressed with them all! Asher 27... Isaac 20 Henry 13 Levi 11 Alex 10 Bell 5 & Ricky hung for 10 seconds. Keep working hard!!

Some of these young athletes used to be shorter than me! Very proud of their accomplishments. Lol bring your littles to SM Taekwondo. Build confidence, learn resilience, sportsmanship, respect for themselves and others, hard work but overall alot of fun!!
