Is there such thing as to much snow? Yes if you are training gates. So we headed off in our Pods and explored the mountain. A great day!!! First ski race Monday. First board race Wednesday weather permitting!... Go Cougars!!

Powder ski recovery assist device. AKA boundary line ribbon bought for $4 at the hardware store. 82 inches of powder is no joke. Be prepared! Bring a small shovel and this ribbon will help you find your skis. -take about 5 feet -tie one end to your binding ... -stuff the slack up your pant leg/boot When you fall and your ski pops off, the ribbon will guide you back to your ski. Make sure you are ALWAYS in close eyesight with a buddy. A whistle is handy to you get into a pickle! First Ski Race is Monday! Go Cougars!!
