Exercise of the day. Single leg reverse lunges balancing on half foam roll with 2.5 gallons of water. This is a great way to work single leg balance, stability, proprioception (awareness of the body's position and movement), strength, mental focus, and it can be considered as a total body exercise. The main thing is do not sink into the hips (so no sass, ha!). Your weight should be over the working leg. Draw a imaginary line from nose down the middle of the working leg to th...e foot. Also focus on keeping you core in tight so you do not arch the low back to help support the weight of the water bottle. If 2.5 gallons is too heavy. Fill it with less water.
