Today marks the one year anniversary of the opening of Cycles Couples Counseling! I am proud to share this milestone with all of you who have made this possible and I am beyond grateful for your involvement. Cycles Couples Counseling specializes exclusively in the use and proliferation of the attachment based therapy model, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Since its establishment, this practice has been dedicated to helping couples and individuals improve their communicatio...n and reach to others more effectively to create fulfilling connections and enhance intimacy. Throughout this first year in practice, Cycles Couples Counseling has served more than 100 clients in the Los Angeles area by helping them transition to healthy emotional expression and create secure attachment in their relationships. Cycles Couples Counseling has also provided low-cost supervision to many LA Emotionally Focused Therapists to enhance their understanding of this attachment-based therapy model and hone their skills to help clients in their own practices.
