It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of a dear friend, and long time member, Fidel Gutierrez. Fidel has been to several boxes, but settled in as an important part of the community at CrossFit Proper. His contagious positive energy and hard-working spirit transferred over easily to CrossFit Lifted South, where he could be seen working out everyday, along with his son Sammy, even during his toughest days of chemotherapy. Fidel passed away peacefully while surro...unded by his family, and went to be with the Lord. I am blessed to have been able to spend the short amount of time that I did with you, Fidel. The gym will feel just a little less welcoming without you, but I know that you will find ways to let us know that your spirit and your soul live on, forever. Until we meet again my friend.
