Monday through Friday at 10am, we are taking over the responsibility of Physicsl Education for our members youth. No school? No PE? No Sports? NO WORRIES!!! Youth fitness has always been on the forefront of what I do, so this is an easy transition. We will start with general daily fitness for every level, and grow this Into an Olympic lifting team with the option to compete. More specific classes will start soon, but for now, it’s time to get them started! Stay tuned for the Intro youth program, for all of those with little to no experience. There are some gyms in the area choosing to not comply with the new orders that responsible gym owners are currently facing. Karma. We can be good humans and still get it done. It’s just another challenge. Being in the gym was getting boring anyways lol. There’s always a way, and we are ready for what’s next. #unknownandunknowable #crossfit @ Crossfit Iron Dust

We were clean and protected inside also... BUT if we have to close indoors, we can still have responsible socially distanced classes outside.
