This pandemic validated my belief in the effectiveness of what I call CORE SELF-CARE. So many people are challenged nowadays (myself included), especially here in California, where things seem to be worse than in other parts of the country, by the closure of spas and other care facilities which became the norm of the so called self-care trend. So, I invite you to ponder on the concept of CORE SELF-CARE: Self-care is something that YOU do for yourself, and not something that...Continue reading

New workshops for anxiety and insomnia coming soon. Meanwhile watch this.video. One word of caution: let your body get used to the new position gradually, do not force it, do not tense up, since it will not lead to relaxation and sleep

With every breath we take, every post we read, and every comment we make, we take some sort of action - we get involved in history. As you can tell, I only recently became active on FB. I am shyer than I seem to be and I do not like to fix people, but to inspire them towards healing. What determined me to be more active? The past six months of the Covid & Fear Pandemic gave me an unexpected gift: confirmation and validation of many of my insights, beliefs and concerns relate...d to my clients, myself and the world: denied problems, tightly swiped under the rug of "positive" . So, here I am, out of the comfort of my familiar office, out here with the intention to bring you true refreshment - a wind of hope, the wind of "anything is possible", the understanding that you do not YET see the possibilities, that these possibilities are hidden in YOU, under the unquestioned "positive"; that you may only have to unlearn some things, learn new things, and make the connections; that you may start to let go of the "impossible", "I can't", "I don't know how to...", "I'm just defective" and make space for the IT IS POSSIBLE. So, where do I start? Where anyone should start - I start with what I have: myself. I start exactly where I am: here, now. I start with the question: what do I do in the here, in the 'now', with the resources I have and do not have? How do I distill my experience in healing and passion for healing into heart-full, life-guiding hope? A new chapter for me, and a huge task, too! I am humble enough (although half willing to admit it) to know that I cannot do it all by myself. So here I am, working with a team to launch a beautiful new website, a vehicle of inspiration and nurture for you and your future. Here I am, overwhelmed by new possibilities and full of excitement, torn by doubts, and filled with uncertainty. I bet you know what I'm talking about. It is not easy to move out of the comfort of familiar and predictable; familiar, yes, but predictable, come on, who are we kidding? So, let's move together. Step by step, word by word, prayer by prayer, all in one - mind, body and spirit - all in action. May we all be inspired to ride into the wilderness of surprising possibilities. Miracles happen every day! See more

The blood cannot be cancelled. All past traumas run through our blood. We cannot cancel our blood. Ancestral trauma doesn't die with the traumatized person, but it gets transmitted to the next generation - the science shows it, too. Unless we deal with the inherited trauma appropriately, through forgiveness- and I don't mean doormat-like denial and learned helplessness, but through true forgiveness, dignity, discernment, with or without reconciliation- we will never be reli...eved. We'd better love ourselves first by "canceling" our heart's pain. I highly recommend the book: It Didn't Start With me, by Mark Wolynn. Anyways, the Spirit will never be cancelled.

HOW TO START THE DAY, A SHORT GROUNDING MEDITATION: Start the day with grounding and breathing. Start any task with grounding and breathing: sit in the chair, sit on your seat bones, spine centered in the middle, long, relaxed in its curves; sense your feet on the floor, the back of your thighs on the chair, the part of the back touching the back of the chair, or a pillow, whatever is there in your back. Then let the gravity take the weight of your body into the chair, see if... you can let yourself supported by the chair...just notice...then go to your breath, what parts of your body move the most, where can you let go so that you breath naturally, not deeply but fully, not more, not less than you need in this very moment... let your breath be, let it come and go on its own accord, let yourself be, drop your weight in the chair with each exhale you take, center in your heart if you like, center in your core, collect all your energy in, then start working, think of pulling all your collected, grounded energy into laser-focused work. Let the spirit guide you. Enjoy and start. See more

The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic (and Racism/Current human rig...hts violations) are especially hard for people with depression. NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Health has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. Now, I’m asking my small corner of FB to follow suit: Could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide? Just two. Any two. Say done. See more

It's been 6 months since we've been bombarded with an extremely unexpected, unfamiliar, and unwanted situation. Most of us, if not all, have been experiencing heightened uncertainty and confusion. Multiple opinions and less choices, upside-down boundaries: invaded by Zoom in our own bedrooms, stuck with a few family members, or all alone, deprived of the larger family of friends and church, here we are, 6 months later, afraid and unhappy, triggered by old traumas and starting... to feel depleted by current stress in our most cherished relationships. Whatever patching up we've been trying to do for years doesn't seem to work anymore. We cannot get away anymore. And this time, literally, nowhere to go! Looks like the time has come for the truth to be squeezed out of us... "Who am I without my Starbucks, my gym, my trips, my work? Who am I? Who is s/he, next to me? Where am I going? Where are we going? I see it in all the people, individuals and couples, I work with. I know, this description seems terribly pessimistic, but guess what? It doesn't have to be. Because it is hope! And I am witnessing it coming out of the most difficult situation imaginable. Many people are starting to get out of their inner hiding, from denial, from inertia. For many this is a great time of healing, a radical healing through letting go and moving out of constant bickering and righteous talk, moving out of the survival patterns of our parents, grandparents and ancestors. For many this time became a time of deep silence, a time for the heart, a forgiveness-from-the-heart time. A time to stop the hatred. A time to multiply the love we so much crave for, a time of love. Love is the greatest comforter. Acceptance is the second. Willingness is the third. Let us start with the third. Let us be willing to step out of scapegoating and justification. Let each of us be willing to accept our pain and let ourselves accept God's love again. Let us let go of the many patches we tried to heal our relationships with, and let us take on the Love we've been created to carry and spread. Let us begin. Please join me for a free introductory workshop. Come and see how you can start. Bring a pen and paper. See more

For one human being to love another: that is perhaps the mpst difficult of all our tasks...the work for which all other work is but preparation.- Rainer Maria Rilke
