Core Pilates and Physical Therapy

Dear friends, I am writing to share some exciting news with all of you. As most of you already know, Core Pilates and Physical Therapy closed its doors this June. I was truly saddened to leave behind a community of people who depended upon Core for getting and staying healthy, and the many people whose lives greatly impacted me on a daily basis. I am extremely grateful to all of you for making Core such an amazing place! I am happy to announce that I will now be able to treat... patients once again in San Francisco. My new home will be at Synergy Fitness, a personal training studio at 3556 Sacramento Street in Laurel Heights. Synergy Fitness is a great space with a changing room, showers, lockers, a full Pilates studio, PLUS a full gym. It is located just one block North of Laurel Village, has plentiful street parking, and is serviced by Muni bus lines: 1, 2, 3, 4, 33, and 43. As always, you can count on the same hands on approach to healing utilizing manual therapy and exercise based on sound evidence. With new extended treatment times to one hour, we will be sure to address all of your pain pathways and dysfunctional movement patterns. The expanded gym setting ensures that you will always receive a bespoke and targeted home exercise program that addresses all of your concerns.
