I don’t know what to say about this dish except it’s explosive! Chicken marinated with salt, pepper, garlic powder, pepper flakes and sriracha chili sauce. Then grilled to perfection. The salad had dried cranberries that added the perfect sweetness to the dish.

Sometimes I just make stuff up. Like this walnut encrusted cod. Marinated the cod with salt, pepper, butter wit garlic and lime. I let it sit at room temperature for 45 minutes to marinate. I crushed walnuts and mixed it with some panko and fresh oregano, then I put the remaining butter mixture with the crust mixture and picked it on to the cod. ... Pan fried the fish for about 8 minutes then stuck it in a 500 degree oven for another 5-8 minutes to crunch the crust.
