That's right, we're celebrating all weekend long! To ensure a romantic evening for all, we will be offering our Valentine Preset Menu all weekend, alongside a limited menu of our regular offerings. Brunch will run from 10am - 1:30pm and will contain our normal brunch offerings. The preset menu is below, each person chooses one from each course. There will also be optional wine pairing experience where we bring a glass of wine that pairs perfectly with each course!... Did you know that Grenache has more land dedicated to it than any other varietal? Grenache is also just as important to the wine world as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Another incredible varietal is Grenache Blanc. Due to its sensitivity to oxidation and higher acidity, vintners often use it as a blending grape, in fact, it is also has an important role in some of the most expensive wines made in France. While most growers use it to blend there are some that produce 100% Grenache Blanc which is what we are going to bring you this week. Both these varietals are predominantly grown in Spain where they originated from, but also find their home in many other regions around the world to include California’s central coast; which, is where we are going this week.
