Many screens are fabricated by the manufacturer of the window companies and are made with plastic corners. We use heavy duty aluminum inserted corner on a miter cut frame. These plastic parts will become very week by the sun beating on them season after season and will eventually start cracking. It is hard to know sometimes which ones are already cracked or not, in this case I will point them out. If you are on a tight budget, consider looking for screen frames that don't have any dents, cracks are bent or have cracked plastic corners, in this case you can just change the screen mesh, in short rescreen them. I will do a walk around and will give you my advise if some of them really need changing.
