Well... it finally happened... one of our clients got encrypting malware on one of their servers. Not on a client that encrypted some of their data... actually on their server. It encrypted all their data as well as their USB backup drive. The antivirus software missed it. This is a business-ending situation. Almost. That USB drive was only one of their backups. Color printer eating you out of house and home? Set the default to black and white. It's easy. You can always select color when you need it. Just tap your Windows key and type Control Panel. Go to Devices and Printers. Right click on the printer and select printing preferences. The exact location will vary by printer but it will always be there.
