The City’s permitting Self-Help Center within the Development Services Center, located at 39550 Liberty Street, is reopening this Monday, November 2. This area offers computers for the public to be able to research properties in Fremont. The public can look up permit records using the City’s public permitting portal, Citizen Access, and review microfilm of plans and documents. To use the Self-Help Center, visitors must schedule an appointment. Safety measures have also been implemented to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and keep staff and visitors safe.
