Just a quick post.... Its crazy how we wear our past like a mochila(Backpack). We continue to place things in it that we feel are necessary and value. This includes the hurt, pain, hang up, failures and accomplishments as well. The thing is once we close the bag we have limited our capacity. We have shaped our path to this closed bag. As I have been walking on this journey of change, growth and challenge, I have felt the shift in my inner self and I have removed the limits and baggage. Life is good, God is awesome, and I will continue to raise the bar of excellence for me. This was my weight 1 year ago, I am 238 today.
