So, I was quiet for a little over a week for good reason. Myself & another in my household came down with covid but thank G-d we are done with quarantine & I will be back at work on Sunday, 1/10. I will be over 14 days past my first signs of symptoms for those who are concerned. I feel like Covid is so taboo but it’s getting so bad in LA & we can’t even trace where we got it from. For all I know we got it from the grocery store. Please know that I am extremely vigilant on s...anitation & even though I did just have it, that does not mean I will be lax. If anything, more careful. I had to cancel a week & a half’s worth if work so it will take me time to catch up but I am booking & available. I appreciate those who I was obligated to tell who reached out with soup or new toys to keep my kids busy. You know who you are & we are eternally grateful. The best was the soup from @cardioandminivans !! Hands down the best soup. Now here’s a covid chicken soup challenge I have for you: Someone made me soup when I had Covid, now I challenge those of you who had covid to make a pot of soup for someone else with Covid. It was hot, comforting & I have never had such amazing soup. It hit the spot each time! As soon as my quarantine was up, I made a huge pot of chicken soup & I already passed some along to someone else with covid. I feel like I want to turn this into some kind of giveaway or whatever but there’s also something to say for doing something just from the goodness of your heart (l’shmah) with nothing in return. There has been a huge rise in covid 19 cases in our community in LA.
